“I thoroughly enjoyed participating in the course and was stimulated by the challenge. As someone who would consider themselves to be a non-creative person, I have found that I was interested, engaged and challenged in equal measure throughout the experience.
I have learned about the importance of colour, texture and shape. In particular, I thoroughly enjoyed the colour theory module and subsequently related this to my collage in the later tutorials.
The instructions were clear and presented in a style which provided support and encouragement to someone inexperienced in art / craft.
The tutorials were easy to follow as they built up my confidence to face the final collage!

“I thoroughly enjoyed The Beginners Still Life with Watercolour Day Course - it was very well thought out, planned & executed with a lot of value packed into one day. I really liked the teacher's positive attitude & encouragement, particularly in regards to embracing your own interpretations of watercolour art, and how that's what makes you unique. She showcased different techniques and explained important things about the nature of watercolour paints & how they work and the quality of different materials. She also made us all these beautiful day course booklets which provided very detailed explanations & demonstrated step-by-step breakdowns of her sketching and watercolouring process.
