How are your products packaged for shipping?

This varies from product to product.

Our unframed fine art prints are hand rolled in protective tissue paper and then shipped in extra

thick cardboard tubes. For an extra cost, we can arrange for your print to be delivered flat. Please

contact us directly via info@carolinetathamart.co.uk for pricing.

Framed prints are wrapped in a protective sleeve with individual plastic or cardboard guards added

to each corner. Additional cardboard is secured over the print surface to minimise the risk of

breakages or transit damage. Each print is then shipped in a heavy duty cardboard box.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel a product order at any stage, provided its production has not yet been initiated or

the relevant products have not yet been dispatched. To do this you must notify us as soon as

possible by sending an email to info@carolinetathamart.co.uk.

Course bookings may be cancelled for a full refund or rescheduled up to 7 days before the course

date.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Generally, it takes between 1 and 4 working days to print and ship your order, with the majority of

products shipping within 48 hours. Working days does not include weekends, so if the order was

placed on a Friday night, the clock doesn’t start until Monday morning. The same applies with public

holidays.

Please note that more complex products such as handmade framed prints can occasionally take up

to 7 days to make.

How can I return a product that I have ordered?

The products we sell via our website are tailor made, custom made and bespoke to your individual

specifications. Therefore, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations which came into force in

the UK on 13th June 2014, all sales are final and you are unable to return our products once

received, unless there is a defect with the product.

I received the wrong product or my order arrived damaged. What can I do?

In the unlikely event that your order has arrived damaged or an incorrect item was delivered, please

contact us via info@carolinetathamart.co.uk and we will investigate. Please do not send back any

items without contacting us - items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Ordering outside of the UK?

For orders from outside the U.K, please be aware that the recipients of the goods are responsible for any tax, customs and import fees that may apply in the country of delivery.
